Production Time
Personalized magnet orders are typically produced within 5–7 business days after payment and all required photos, wording or order details have been received.
If a proof is required, the 5–7 business day production timeline begins after final proof approval.
Turnaround for bulk, event and corporate orders varies based on quantity, project scope, design requirements and any special production needs. The expected turnaround will be confirmed before production begins.
Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and carrier; it is not part of the production window.
Your Photos
For the best results, please upload clear, high-quality photos. Blurry, dark, heavily compressed or low-resolution images may affect the quality of the finished magnet.
Photo Cropping
Our magnets are created in a 2 × 3 format, so your photo may be slightly cropped to fit. We recommend choosing images with a little space around faces, text and other important details rather than placing them close to the edges.
Changes & Cancellations
Because every magnet is made specifically for you, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before production begins. Once your order has entered production, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Returns & Refunds
All personalized products are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Available shipping and pickup options are provided during ordering. Please remember that shipping time is in addition to production time.
For local pickup orders, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. Pickup is by appointment only.
Customer-Submitted Photos & Artwork
By submitting photos, logos, artwork or other content, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that content for your order. Submitted content will be used only as necessary to create and fulfill your order.
A Note About Colour
Colours can appear slightly different between screens and printed products due to differences in displays, lighting and printing. Minor colour variations are normal and are not considered a product defect.
